What is a bilateral adrenal myelolipoma?

Bilateral adrenal gland masses containing both fat and soft tissue elements, myelolipoma is the most likely diagnosis. [1] Angiomyolipoma of the adrenal gland is an extremely uncommon tumor detected incidentally at investigations for other reasons. Angiomyolipomas are rare lesions, often arising in the kidney and are a part of a group of tumors with a diverse appearance known as PEComas (tumors of perivascular epitheloid cell origin).
